In India, Education & learning have always played a very important role in building the Skill base of the youth. But there has always been a skill gap existing between academics and Industry requisites. The CSR initiatives at Vidyaam Foundation strives in every possible manner to equip Indian youth with industry relevant skills as employers complain of job seekers lacking the skills, attitudes, and knowledge required in the world of work. Our interventions in this working area seek to contribute towards improving access to quality training that has a long-term impact, aligned to the manpower needs of the industrial clusters.
Technical Skills are inevitable for creating job opportunities & enhancing the employability skills of Indian youth. In correlation to this, tremendous effort has been taken to offer technical skills training. This is done in consultation with Industry experts to appropriately equip the trainees with contemporary technical skills. This serves to bridge the skill gap between existing skills & Industry requisites.
